Open Question: How to stop using lotion after shower?

Everytime my skin just touches water it gets really dry. When i take showers for 15 or 30 mins then my skin turns white and super ashy..and it gets hard for me to breath too. I put on lotion after i take a shower. But EVERYwhere…there is not a place where i miss. I am addicted to it even if i wash the dishes. HELPPS Im a guy.I need to stopusing lotion please what info can u give me
